I raided my daughter’s “making box” for inspiration this evening. I liked the idea of using these little “pom-poms” which are actually about 1/2 cm to 1 cm in diameter. There was a lot of colour and I thought the texture might be interesting when viewed through my macro lens.
I’m not too happy with the end result. They just look far too fuzzy and hairy up close, and of course every little bit of dust and muck gets attracted to them.
At least it’s a little bit of colour in a world which is currently cold, dark and covered in snow.
