I started off by taking photos of my Swiss Army knife plunging into the apple, and then realised that the section I had cut out of the fruit made for a better photo.
I’m restricted to “on-camera” flash at the moment as my flash gun has gone “on the blink” (no pun intended). Rather poor lighting as a consequence on this shot. It’s amazing how limited I now feel through the loss of that particular piece of equipment. I’m awaiting advice from the manufacturer so I might be quite a long time without a flash gun. Maybe I should consider getting a cheapy as a stand-in, but that would certainly have to wait until after Christmas now anyway.
And it was indeed a very tasty apple! I do like photo projects I end up eating :^)
